Licensing Agreement

Unless otherwise stated, all articles and content published in IJEETE are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution License (CC-BY). This license allows unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction of the published material in any medium, for both commercial and non-commercial purposes, as long as the original authors and source are appropriately acknowledged.

Digital Preservation

Long-term accessibility of research is a key commitment of IJEETE. All published manuscripts are digitally archived and preserved to guarantee permanent online availability and secure access to scholarly work.

Publication Ethics

  • Manuscripts must be original and not under consideration by any other journal, in whole or in part.

  • The corresponding author must confirm that all listed authors have reviewed and approved the final version of the manuscript for submission.

Authorship Criteria

Author

An author is someone who makes a significant academic contribution to the research — including conception, design, data collection, analysis, or interpretation — and participates in drafting, revising, or approving the final manuscript.

Corresponding Author

One author must be designated as the Corresponding Author, who will take overall responsibility for the manuscript, ensure communication with the editorial team, and confirm that all co-authors have approved the final version.

Co-Authors

All co-authors share equal responsibility for their contribution to the work. They must review and approve the manuscript, confirm the accuracy of their respective sections, and maintain research integrity. Acknowledgments should be used for individuals or groups who assisted but do not meet authorship criteria.

  • Guest authorship, gift authorship, and ghost authorship are strictly prohibited.

Conflict of Interest

Authors must disclose any potential conflicts of interest — financial, professional, or personal — that could influence or appear to influence the research or its interpretation.

Plagiarism Policy

IJEETE publishes only original and unpublished work. All submissions are screened using plagiarism detection tools (e.g., Turnitin).

  • Acceptable similarity index: below 15%.

  • Similarity from a single source must not exceed 5%.

  • Duplicate submission or prior publication is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate rejection or sanctions.

Citation Manipulation

Artificially inflating citations by excessive or irrelevant references is considered unethical. IJEETE discourages and strictly prohibits citation manipulation.

Redundant Publications

Submitting the same intellectual content to multiple journals, or re-publishing similar work with minor modifications, is considered redundant publication and will be addressed in line with COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics) guidelines.

Research Involving Human & Animal Subjects

  • Human Subjects: Authors must state that the study followed ethical standards of relevant institutional review boards and complies with the Helsinki Declaration (1975, revised 2000). Informed consent must be obtained from all participants.

  • Animal Studies: Authors must confirm compliance with institutional guidelines, national laws, or international standards (such as the National Research Council’s Guide for the Care and Use of Laboratory Animals).

✅ By adhering to these policies, authors help maintain the integrity, transparency, and ethical standards of research published in IJEETE.
