Manuscript Preparation

The manuscript should be written in clear, concise, and grammatically correct English. Authors are encouraged to have their work reviewed by colleagues before submission to ensure readability, technical accuracy, and adherence to academic standards.

Order of Manuscript

The manuscript should be arranged in the following sequence.

Title Page
The title page must contain the full title of the article, the names and institutional addresses of all authors, and the complete contact details (postal address, e-mail, and phone number) of the corresponding author responsible for communications and proof corrections.

Abstract
Every manuscript must include a well-structured abstract not exceeding 300 words. The abstract should provide the purpose of the study, the hypothesis or rationale, the methodology, the main findings, and the significance of the results. References, equations, and undefined abbreviations should not appear in the abstract.

Keywords
Immediately below the abstract, five to seven keywords should be provided in alphabetical order to assist in indexing and search optimization.

Introduction
The introduction should state the objectives of the study, provide sufficient background information, and clarify the research problem or hypotheses being tested.

Materials and Methods
This section should describe clearly and concisely the experimental design, instruments, simulations, software, or procedures used in the study, enabling reproducibility by other researchers.

Results
Results must be presented in a logical order with supporting tables and figures. Data should not be duplicated between text, tables, and figures. This section should include only findings and not interpretations.

Discussion
The discussion should interpret the results, compare them with existing literature, and address the implications, limitations, and potential for future research. Sources of error should be identified where relevant. In most cases, the Results and Discussion should be presented separately.

Conclusion
The conclusion should summarize the major findings of the study, emphasizing their contribution to the field of electrical, electronics, and technology engineering, and highlighting possible applications.

Acknowledgment
Sources of financial or technical support should be acknowledged. Authors should declare any assistance from individuals or institutions not qualifying for authorship.

Funding Information
Authors should acknowledge the funding agencies and provide grant numbers or project details if applicable.

Author Contributions
A statement describing each authorโ€™s role in the study must be included, outlining contributions such as conceptualization, methodology, data analysis, and manuscript preparation.

Conflict of Interest
All authors are required to disclose any financial or personal relationships that might influence, or appear to influence, the research outcomes.

References
It is the responsibility of authors to ensure that references are complete and accurate. Only published and โ€œin pressโ€ sources should be cited. References must follow APA formatting style.

Tables
Tables should be concise, self-contained, and numbered consecutively. Each table must have a descriptive title placed above it. Vertical lines should not be used, and all abbreviations should be explained in footnotes using superscript letters. Asterisks should be reserved for p-values.

Figures
Figures should be cited in sequence in the text and provided as high-resolution (minimum 300 dpi) files in JPG or PNG format. Graphs, photographs, and illustrations must be clear and sharp. Each figure must include a legend explaining symbols, abbreviations, and measurement units so that it can be understood independently of the text.

Abbreviations and Units
Only standard abbreviations should be used. SI units must be applied consistently. Numbers should be written in figures unless they begin a sentence. The term โ€œFigureโ€ should be abbreviated as โ€œFig.โ€ except when starting a sentence.

Acknowledgment to Reviewers

IJEETE values the dedication of its reviewers whose professional insights and comments significantly improve the quality of published articles. The editorial board extends sincere appreciation for their contributions.

Review Process

All manuscripts submitted to IJEETE undergo a double-blind peer review. Each submission is first assessed for scope, quality, and plagiarism. Suitable manuscripts are then reviewed by subject experts for originality, technical accuracy, clarity, and contribution to the field. Authors may be requested to revise their manuscripts before a final decision is made.
