Repository Policy

The International Journal of Electrical, Electronics & Technology Engineering (IJEETE) supports the principles of open access and long-term knowledge preservation by permitting the deposit of published content in various repositories. Authors are encouraged to archive their work in institutional repositories, subject repositories, preprint servers, and personal websites to maximize visibility and accessibility. All versions of the manuscript—whether submitted, accepted, or published—may be deposited without embargo, provided that proper citation and acknowledgment of the journal are maintained.

The archived version must include a clear reference to the final published article with full citation details, DOI or link to the official journal website, and a statement that the version is available in its peer-reviewed and final published form at IJEETE.

The policy ensures compliance with the requirements of funding bodies, research institutions, and indexing databases by allowing open access dissemination while preserving the integrity of the official publication record. Authors are, however, reminded that the publisher bears no responsibility for the accuracy or formatting of materials deposited in external repositories.
